Auditions

We are looking for new performers to join our troupe! Whether you are experienced or new to the craft, have been a part of shows or have an interest in theatre production, come stop by! You don’t need to have anything prepared for the time being. We are holding open auditions in the First Congregational Church of Oshkosh, WI.

We are looking for actors for Beauty and the Beast, as written by Marty Duhatschek. Contrary to what you might be picturing, this show is nothing like Disney’s telling with the gilded mansion of the Beast and the jaunty masculinity of Gaston, but rather a retelling of the original tale. Our current season is focused on highlighting and lifting up LGBTQIA+ voices, so the tale will have a bit of a twist to it— Beast is not a prince, but rather, a princess.

Roles are flexible in terms of gender, we have 14 parts available to fill.

There are at least 2 required rehearsals per week minimum, but coming to every rehearsal is highly encouraged if possible. The current rehearsal schedule is tentatively weekdays on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
